Refund and Returns Policy

At Itqan Health, your satisfaction and wellbeing are our top priorities. We are committed to providing high-quality health, wellness, and personal care products, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy carefully.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or perishable reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., natural foods, supplements that expire quickly)

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., personal care items that come into contact with the body)

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Gift cards

Note: Since our store specializes in health, wellness, and personal care, we do not sell books, media, or electronics, so clauses related to these items do not apply.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned in a condition that is not resalable due to damage caused after delivery.

  • Items are returned after 30 days from delivery.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to post.

  3. Contact your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:


Gifts

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.

  • If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.


Shipping Returns
